Service provided by Connected Hearts:

I am a representative from the organization Connected Hearts (CH), which is a local community organized to help school-age homeless children and provide funds to the Warrensburg School District. Our purpose is to prevent homelessness in Warrensburg by identifying and helping at risk children identified in collaboration with the school district. CH raises funds for the school district and requires the recipient's repayment through community service to other charitable organizations. Currently, there are 237 who have been identified in our community. The following information outlines our values, vision, and who we serve:

Who we serve:

We directly serve children in the Warrensburg School District and their families who are consciously making efforts to better their stiuations. School social workers, counselors, and educators will pinpoint homeless children and/or who are at risk of becoming homeless in Warrensburg.

The Vision:

CH Vision is to connect charitable organizations and community volunteers to assist at risk children who are in need of financial assistance in collaboration with the school system to prevent homelessness.
